I was born in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Southwest High School. My wife, Oneita, were married in 1993 and have four daughters, whom have blessed us with four grandchildren.
My tenure with the City of Bolivar began in 1999 as a laborer at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. I have a Class C license in both water and wastewater. In December of 2006, I assumed the duties of Supervisor of that department, which consists of a three man crew.
