
The Code Enforcement Department seeks to maintain and improve of the quality of life and property within the City of Bolivar through administering fair and unbiased code enforcement. It is responsible for protecting the safety, health and welfare of the citizens by ensuring buildings, structures and land use activities comply with the rules set forth in the Bolivar Municipal Code. As a result, an attractive, livable city is promoted, property values are improved and community growth is encouraged. To file a complaint with the Code Enforcement Department please complete the following form and submit it by email or by dropping it off at City Hall. Please be very descriptive of the complaint and include any other applicable information which is not listed on the form.
