Bolivar City Court is the Municipal Division of the Associate Circuit Court of Polk County and is located in the City Hall at 345 S. Main Avenue. Judge Randolph Blosch presides over the Municipal Court. Regular operating hours of the Municipal Clerk’s office is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; closed from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. for lunch and on major holidays. Mandatory court appearances are held on various Mondays, and start at 5:00 p.m. Accidents require a 5:00 p.m. appearance in court. Check in time begins at 5:00 p.m. Please enter downstairs through the municipal court entrance at City Hall located at 345 S. Main.
Judge Randolph Blosch presides over the City of Bolivar’s Municipal Court, as well as four courts in Polk and Dallas Counties and is a long time member of the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association.
