Bolivar City Court is the Municipal Division of the Associate Circuit Court of Polk County and is located in the City Hall at 345 S. Main Avenue, Bolivar, MO 65613. Judge Randolph Blosch presides over the Municipal Court. Regular operating hours of the Municipal Clerk’s office are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; closed from 11:30 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. for lunch and on major holidays. As of 11/19/2018 parking ticket fines have been changed by ordinance #3499 approved by the Board of Aldermen.
Payments may be made in office, by mail, and online. In office payments may be made by cash, money order, and all major credit/debit cards. Violations may be paid by money order via United State Postal Service – Please do not send cash or personal checks in the mail. For online payments please select the link below. – Please do not pay your ticket online without your formal citation number.
Mandatory court appearances are held on various Mondays, and start at 5:00 p.m. Accidents require a 5:00 p.m. appearance in court. Check in time begins at 4:00 p.m. Please enter downstairs through the Municipal Court entrance at City Hall located at 345 S. Main.
Judge Randolph Blosch presides over the City of Bolivar’s Municipal Court, as well as four courts in Polk and Dallas Counties and is a long time member of the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association.
